Is spring coming? Are you ready for it?

Hello Garden friends and Garden friends,

Storm Louis has passed and, according to us, the damage was fairly limited. A few more showers are expected over the next few days, but after that..... it looks like we will be in calmer waters. The wind will ease and the sun will show itself more often. (read more drier days than rainy days).

Looking at the 14-day forecast (see also below), it also looks like there will be sunshine at the end of the tunnel. It would be nice if this is a harbinger for spring!

Pre-seeding in February

We can already see in many photos that sowing is already in full swing. The enthusiasm can be seen in many! It's great to see that this too already smells of spring.

We even see already:

  1. Cauliflower
  2. Cucumbers
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Kohlrabi
  5. Leeks
  6. Radish
  7. Sowing in March

Of course, the varieties you can pre-sow in March are already a lot more! It is therefore naturally important that you have the seeds of the kinds of vegetables you want to sow next year.

Let's have the seeds, shall we? ;-)

Buying flowers at the garden centre expensive?

You know how it works, spring starts and you want your garden to look spick and span at the first stab of sunshine. The only annoying thing is that this often costs a lot of money and within a few weeks everything is often dead. The reason this happens is because the plants are grown (warm) in the greenhouse. The night temperature is often still far too low, giving the plants a crunch.

A much cheaper alternative are flower seeds. Then you can grow the flowers yourself at a much lower cost. You will then see that you are even prouder of your garden than you already were.

We have 250 varieties of flower seeds in stock, including some 16 organic flower seeds. Quickly check whether there is something for you:

For those who did not know, our organic seed assortment now consists of more than 175 different kinds of organic seeds! Including 16 organic flower seeds.

The goal is to expand this number to at least 200 varieties in the coming years!
