With the Texla seed potatoes you grow a red-skinned potato that ripens late. The potato is round in shape.
Important to know: This variety is practically resistant to potato blight (phythophtora). Please note! Not suitable for clay soil and do not fertilise heavily.
This potato stores well. It is a firm potato that does very well in salads and for frying. But it is also delicious cooked in a nice gravy!
The Texla seed potato is easy to grow and requires little or no fertilisation. This slow grower is advised to let it germinate. per kg approx. 10m2
