Sowing in October and New Seeds

03-09-2021

Hello Gardening Friends,

In the Netherlands they expect this weekend a few beautiful days and then.... autumn seems to start. Strong winds and temperatures of around 13 to 15 degrees during the day. Of course in other coutries the weather can be different.

Everyone is busy with harvesting everything what is ready to be eaten and enjoying the work that has been done.

Sowing in October

Of course there are still species which can be sown in the cold greenhouse e.g: Rocket, Swiss chard, garden cress, corn salad, winter cabbage, white cabbage, picking lettuce or winter spinach. In short, enough varieties for a new harvest later this year!

New varieties of seeds

We are already busy with the assortment for 2022. We have already added 5 new species to the assortment:

2 Varieties of Spinach (Amsterdam Giant-leaf and Broadleaf Sharpseed summer)

3 types of Beans (Westland pole beans, Opera dwarf French beans and Delinel Bushbeans)
