Calabrese is a vegetable that is related to cauliflower.

Calabrese = Very healthy

The vegetables Calabrese contains a lot of glucosinolates. Calabrese is usually eaten boiled or fried. Research has shown that Calabrese could counteract Alzheimer's disease (the same effect as anti-alzheimer medication could have).
