Winter purslane is delicious in salads, raw vegetables and stews.
Sowing instructionsSow in August and September. Keep in mind: It is a slow germinator. Sow shallowly and make row distances of about 20 to 25 centimetres.
Harvesting is possible from November until March. If you cut the purslane to 5 cm, with a bit of luck there will be a 2nd and 3rd harvest.
