Sorrel seeds

Sorrel is an easy-to-grow herb (from sorrel seeds) that prefers somewhat acidic, moist soil. It can be grown both in a sunny and somewhat shady spot. However, in the shade the plant does not grow as fast and the flavour also becomes less acidic. Sorrel spreads easily, so remove the flowers in time. During flowering sorrel contains more oxalic acid, which gives it a somewhat bitter flavour and makes it inedible.
