Organic sprouting seeds Alfalfa's name is derived from Al-fac-facah, witch means "Father of all foods" in Arabic.
In additional to high values of proteins and carotene, Alfalfa also contains essential vitamins including vitamins C, D, K. and B12. The sprouts have a delicious fresh flavour and are often used to garnish meat and fish and as an addition to salads. These sprouts are also great when combined with egg and tomato or cheese in a sandwich.
After 5 days are the sprouts ready to eat!
