With these organic Daikon sprouting seeds you grow sprouts whitch are also known as Japanese Radish Cress and are grown expecially for the production fo vegetable sprouts. These sprouts are high in vitamins A, B1, B2 and C. But also with minerals and particularly calcium.
The young sprouts have a fresh, spicy radish taste. Delicious with fish such as tuna, salmon and herring. But also for cheese dishes and salads.
