The result of the Swiss Chard seeds Lucullus can be used in two ways. The yellow-green, young leaves are eaten as spinach or the plants can grow to harvest the light-coloured stems or ribs later. They are eaten as asparagus.

Advice from the gardener: For chards you have to thin out in the rows. Prepare the chards as you prepare celery or asparagus.
